Pankaj Seth has also pursued his study of Ayurveda informally at Gurukul Kangri University (Haridwar, India), with Indian Ayurvedic physicians and by visiting Ayurvedic hospitals in India. While in India, he also studied the esoteric aspects of Yoga with practitioners in the Himalaya, as written in Pankaj Seth's Private FB Group Sutra, as part of the 'Going beyond Death' series.

Pankaj Seth's interest in health and wholeness has also led him to the formal study of Permaculture, an holistic approach to designing harmonious and sustainable gardens, homes, ecosystems and communities. He has a lively interest in the Arts and in particular Sacred Art, and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the London Fringe Festival, an alternative theatre and arts festival with a worldwide following. He has also been editor in chief of Sutra Journal.
